Our hours of operation are 5 pm daily to 12 am Sunday & 1 am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and 2 am Friday & Saturday. We accept reservations for groups of 10 or more, but not less.
If it is a new group (i.e. they have not had a party at MacLarens before), we need to know the nature of the party. For instance, we are not interested in: 1) Pool tournaments, that would take away many of our pool tables to the detriment of our regular customers. 2) Groups involving many teenagers under 19 years of age; it is too difficult to ensure there is no alcohol consumption by minors or 3) Fundraisers or other larger events that would effectively take over MacLarens to the detriment of our regular customers.
We are not interested in groups that wish to order individually, off the menu with separate bills. We are always very busy, and this approach is simply too difficult on our kitchen/service staff. We have a delicious party menu selection with excellent pricing that is designed to ensure that your food is served hot & on time.
Sunday through Thursday: We accept party reservations that would start between 5 pm & 8 pm. After 6 pm we cannot guarantee when pool tables will be available since they are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations cannot be made after 8 pm. After 8 pm, it is first-come-first-served. Guests are of course, always welcome to come in as walk-ins, and we will do our best to accommodate them. The maximum amount of guests that we can accommodate for any party reservation on Fridays and Saturdays (between 5 pm to 6 pm) is 25 guests with a limitation of up to 3 pool tables; the reason is that our primary focus remains our regular customers, particularly on Friday and Saturday.
We are not interested in party reservations where they do not also reserve a corresponding amount of pool tables. Pool tables will be charged from the earlier of the time that the party reservation was to start and when they arrive.
We accommodate group reservations of 10 to 300 guests.
We offer our group pre-order Party Menu, served buffet style at an average cost of $17 to $22 per person (inclusive of HST).
For parties of 15 people or less, we also offer our Event Menu for individual ordering.

Alternatively, fill out the Party Booking Request Form , and we will respond back to you within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. We ask that you please send us your request a minimum of 5 days prior to your preferred booking date.

If the group is more than 20 minutes late for their reservation and have not contacted us concerning such delay, we have the right to release their reservation without notice.
We do not accept party reservations for Sports Event Days (i.e. Stanley Cup Playoffs, NBA Finals, Superbowl) or on Holidays (i.e. Canada Day, St. Patrick’s Day). These days are simply for the enjoyment/priority of our regular customers.
